This week I took a different approach to finding articles about leadership. I normally find most of the articles I share with you on Flipboard and Twitter. This week I limited myself to the blogs on Medium. I did this to introduce you to some of the different resources covering leadership related content.

So simple, but still we don't practice this very easy secret. The author also suggests the reverse: make yourself accessible to others so they can ask you questions.
Listen, show genuine interest, make someone feel important and smile.
